The decision of the Judiciary Council of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is to sentence Mevlid Jašarević to 18 years in prison for the attack on the American Embassy in Sarajevo on the 28th October 2011. Emrah Fojnica and Munih Ahmetspahić are freed from charges due to lack of evidence.
Mevlid Jašarević was accused of committing a terrorist attack on the American Embassy in Sarajevo, while Emrah Fojnica and Minib Ahmetspahić were accused for helping him in the execution of this terrorist attack.
