MICT Prosecutor Serge Brammertz in an official Visit to BiH

ICTY and MICT Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will start his visit to Sarajevo from 29thOctober, as part of preparations for his regular biannual reports to the UN Security Council (UNSC).

The Prosecutor will meet with Acting Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić and president of Court BiH Ranko Debevac.

They will discuss the co-operation and support provided by the Office of the Prosecutor’s Office at Mechanism and potential solutions to the challenges of regional judicial cooperation when it comes to war crimes.

During the visit, Brammertz will also meet with members of the Regional Coordinating Body of the Association of Families of Missing Persons from BiH.

MICT Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will continue to submit a progress report to the UNSC every six months, and this one will be presented on December 11th.
