Milk from ‘Farmalenda’ in Nova Topola, the biggest cow farm in BiH, is among the best quality in the region, as evidenced by daily analysis, said the Director of this company Mladenko Topalović.

He said that this is the result of the use of technology, supply of the best quality food from imports and hygienic practices in the production process.

‘’There is 0,01 percent aflatoxin in our milk, which is five times less than the allowed 0,05 percent. We are convinced that in a few days that percent will be zero.

‘’Despite the difficult economic times, we import the best quality components for food, and thanks to its own agricultural production we supply superior animal feed’’, said Topalović.

He said that ‘Farmalenda’ milk is the best regarding value of milk fat, which is at a constant 4,46 percent.

On this farm have around 2.000 dairy cows, which is beneficial to prepare for the upcoming spring sowing. In the absence of favorable loans, farmers from Nova Topola expect residual premiums and subsidies in order to obtain raw materials at the time of sowing.
