Adnan Delic, the Minister of Economy of the Canton Sarajevo (CS), sent several explanations on the financing of taxes and levies to caterers during the period of banning the performance of the registered activity.
Due to the large number of inquiries he received in the past few days, regarding the decisions of the Crisis Staff and the CS Government when it comes to the work of summer gardens within catering facilities, Minister Delic gave several pieces of information on his Facebook profile.
“To all catering facilities that the CS Government has banned from operating, regardless of the fact that they are allowed to work in summer gardens, the Government of CS will finance the corresponding taxes and levies for each working day for which it has banned caterers from performing registered activities. Permitted work in summer gardens does not mean that this ban is removed,” he explained.
Minister Delic noted that the Public Call, for mitigation of negative economic consequences on the CS economy, which were caused by a coronavirus, that is aimed to finance all or part of the minimum monthly net salary in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and related taxes and contributions (FBiH), will be announced at the latest in the next 15 days, and will cover two months in 2021, March and April.
“We hope that the positive trend of decreased number of patients in CS will continue, after the introduction of the existing measures of the Crisis Staff and the CS Government, and that by the end of next week, caterers could return to their regular business obligations in full capacity,” as he concluded, Klix.ba writes.
