MakoviAt the locality of Crkvičko brdo in Zenica, keys were handed over to the buyers of the most modern apartments in buildings A and B of the residential complex “Makovi”, which was built by three companies from Zenica.

The first two buildings were completed in little over a year and residents have now moved into their new homes.

Works on the construction of the complex “Makovi”, which will have eight buildings in total, are being conducted by three companies from Zenica: Almy Zenica, Arel Zenica and Grading KGM Zenica. Concept of the construction of the residential complex “Makovi” in Zenica is adjusted to the needs of the modern lifestyle. During yesterday’s ceremony of handing over the keys, representatives of these companies stated that they listened to the needs of their buyers before they started the construction. Total value of this investment is 25 million BAM.

This investment showed that construction companies in Zenica can build the most modern facility in Zenica and the entire Zenica-Doboj Canton is a very short period of time.

Construction of the residential complex “Makovi” should be entirely completed in about 24 months. This residential complex will have 360 housing units with surface area from 25 to 100 square meters.

Residential complex “Makovi”, which was designed by the company “Entasis” Zenica, is envisaged in the shape of an irregular triangle. Every building will have a ground floor, five to seven floors and a loft.

Price of one square meter of apartment will range from 1.500 to 1.600 BAM, with VAT. Buyers will also have the opportunity to buy a garage space in the facility for 10.000 BAM, with VAT.
