Federica Mogherini faktor.baThe fact that the Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, who brought a historical decision to attend the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, was forced to leave the commemoration, is contrary to the spirit of this day of remembrance, said the High Representative and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini about the attack on the Prime Minister Vučić in Srebrenica.

This shows, as she pointed out, that we should all redouble our efforts to overcome hatred and to persevere in the reconciliation throughout the Western Balkan region and beyond.

“Today is a day of reconciliation, dignity and respect. The European Union will continue to support the efforts in this direction. We expect the authorities of B&H to conduct a full investigation of this incident”, said Mogherini in a statement, it was announced from the EU Delegation to B&H.
