MONEYVAL took off B&H from the “Gray List“

MoneyvalB&H was removed from the gray list of MONEYVAL at the 48th plenary session of this organization, held from 14th to 18th September 2015 in Strasbourg.

The 4th report of B&H on the mutual assessment of measures for the prevention of money laundering and financing the terrorism, presented by the MONEYVAL delegation of B&H, was adopted at the plenary session of MONEYVAL with the very positive comments and ratings.

Keeping in mind the significant progress that B&H achieved in the last four months in the field of the implementation of measures for the prevention of money laundering and financing the terrorism, the proposal of the MONEYVAL secretariat was adopted at the plenary session, and B&H was removed from the gray list and included in the rank with countries with the regular reporting procedure.
