In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a total of 624,658 tonnes of municipal waste was collected in 2018.
According to data from the FBiH Bureau of Statistics, 0.1 percent more waste was collected last year compared to 2017.
583,382 tonnes were taken to the landfill, which is about 60 tonnes less than in 2017.
In the segment of collection, it was mostly household waste and the least from packaging and waste from other municipal services.
It should also be said that about 20 tonnes of waste was collected from the parks, News Agency Patria reports.
