The Air Navigation Services Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHANSA) successfully organized the 53rd meeting of the FAB CE CEO Committee in Mostar, confirming its increasingly important position in the European aviation sector.

This is one of the key meetings that brings together leading decision makers in the area of air traffic management in Central Europe, and its holding in Bosnia and Herzegovina represents a signal of trust and institutional relevance, BHANSA announced.

As they stated, on this occasion, Mostar became the center of dialogue on the future of air navigation by hosting directors and representatives of leading air navigation service providers from Austria, Croatia and Slovenia, as well as partners from Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

“Hosting this meeting clearly confirms that BHANSA acts today as a credible and reliable partner within the European aviation community”, proudly pointed out the director of BHANSA Davorin Primorac, emphasizing that the role of the Agency is continuously growing in the context of regional and international cooperation.

The participants discussed key topics for the development of air traffic, from better planning of capacity and adaptation to changes in traffic, to new rules, technologies and strengthening of personnel. Special focus was on solutions that improve the safety, efficiency and stability of air traffic in Central Europe in the long term.

“Our ambition is to be an active participant in the creation of future standards and operating models that will define the European sky, not only follow trends, but also shape them,” added Primorac, referring to the strategic direction of BHANSA’s development.

By organizing this extremely important event, as it was pointed out, BHANSA further strengthened its position as a relevant actor in international processes and demonstrated its operational and institutional readiness to undertake complex initiatives at the European level.

BHANSA continues to build partnership relations, invest in knowledge and technology, and actively contribute to the development of a safe, integrated and resilient European airspace, with a clear vision that the greatest successes are yet to come, the agency said.
