COMEUFOR Maj Gen Anton Waldner inspected training activities of the EUFOR Multinational Battalion within Camp Butmir from 15th to 18th May.
The Turkish Company conducted urban operation training and performed vehicle check points and guard duties. At the Austrian Infantry Company Maj Gen Waldner witnessed infantry weapons training involving machine guns, rifles and pistols. COMEUFOR was satisfied with the capabilities that his units demonstrated and had personal conversations with each of the servicemen and service women.
