According to the Tourist Association of the Canton Sarajevo, a total of 138,667 tourists visited the Municipality of Ilidza in 2015, and realized 253,455 overnight stays, which is by 37.35 % more than in 2014.
Municipality of Ilidza is the most visited in Sarajevo Canton for years, and it has 14 hotels, two motels, one overnight stay facility and autocamp with capacities of 2,154 beds.
Besides the accommodation capacities, Ilidza also has Vrelo Bosne ( Spring of Bosna River) which achieved a total of 188 000 visits in 2015 and Monumental complex Tunnel of Hope (Sarajevo War Tunnel), which achieved 115 000 visits.
