Municipality Novi Grad: Free Education for Young People on Starting Independent Business

poslovni_ljudiMunicipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, in the framework of the project Youth AdriNet – IPA Adriatic, organizes free educational program for young people called “Development of entrepreneurial skills and tools to run an independent business“.

20 people from 17-29 years old, of different professions and occupations will pass the training, which is held at villa Hadžihalilović Dobrinja,  said to Fena from Municipality of Novi Grad.

Training has an educational character and aims teaching young people to start independent businesses.

Participants of the training will have the opportunity to learn by utilizing best practices that are applied in the partner countries of the project Youth AdriNet such as Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania and BiH.

The aim of the project which is conducted by a team of NGO “Center for EuropeanPpath” – CEP from Sarajevo, with technical support from the Youth Center of  Novi Grad Sarajevo and the Working Team of the project is to raise the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful business and work in the community.

The educational program will be implemented partially in the period July / September of the current year, and will include 40 hours of theory, 40 hours of practical work of cross-border character and 16 hours of consultation for youth to produce specific business plans.

The result of the Project Youth Adrinet is to apply under IPA Adriatic Fund of the European Commission, in which the leading partner is the Italian province of Gorizia and the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo and 12 more cities / municipalities / organizations of Adriatic region, that aims at developing youth policy dissemination of good practices and experiences between governmental and non-governmental sectors for youth and with youth, was stated from the Municipality of Novi Grad.
