Carina_ilustracijaYesterday, the implementation of the new customs tariff for 2015, announced the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations.

The customs tariff BiH for 2015 covers the nomenclature of goods in accordance with the harmonized system and the combined nomenclature used by the EU, and labels for the specific requirements of the country and additional coding tags and preferential tariffs that are consistent with international agreements that BiH concluded with other countries or groups of countries, as well as tariff quotas.

This year’s customs tariff BiH, compared to the one from last year, brings changes in accordance with the obligations under the Interim Agreement and the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.

The harmonization in the context of the entry into force of the protocol number three with the CEFTA agreement has been conducted, which provides for the elimination of the remaining customs duties in trade between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania, as well as the adjustment in the context of the Free Trade Agreement between BiH and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), which has now entered into force.
