kemal_begova_web_09The new elite buildings is almost finished in the center of Sarajevo, in Kemal begova Street. The investor, company Synergetic, started with construction in August, and it is expected that all works will be finished until December 2017, as announced from the company.

Residential and commercial complex Oaza consists of two buildings with a total of 50 apartments, from 50 square meters to 150 square meters. The apartments are designed to be functional and practical, and the investor optionally offered apartments bigger than 150 square meters, which will be designed according to customers’ interests.

“Kemal begova is a side street, and it combines a very important points of the center of Sarajevo, while it is still kept away from the bustle and noise of the city, although it is only a few minutes away from the city center. It is located in one of the few areas of the city center without lack of green grassland, which makes this location a true oasis in the center. Structure and position of the object will preserve this oasis,” as stated by the investors.

In one part of the ground floor are planned offices, which are oriented towards Kemal begova Street. Access to garages below ground level is also directed from Kemal begova Street, and it is limited by electronic ramp.

“Inner yard or entrances to the building, as well as additional individual garage and parking places, can be accessed exclusively through the passage of the object, which is controlled by physical security, and drowning electronic poles will restrict access to vehicles. In this way the security, privacy and peace of tenants is guaranteed.

The yard of the facility will be burdened with minimal movement of the vehicle, given that the business offices and the entrance to the garage are accessed from Kemal begova Street. Individual garages that are located on the ground floor and parking places that are located in the yard, will be able to access only the tenants who have electronic devices for lowering of drowning poles.

“Elite apartments in Oaza will be exclusively equipped, but what stands out the concept of this project is the focus on security, privacy and comfort of future tenants,” concluded investors.
