New Mechanization Complex Put Into Operation in Breza Coal Mine Worth 19,5 Million BAM

coal mineA new, modern and mechanized complex Shp Tagor was put in operation yesterday in Kamenica pit of the coal mine Breza, built in accordance with the latest technological and technical achievements in the mining industry. It certainly does represent a significant contribution to the increase of safety of miners work.

The new complex Shp Tagor with the excavation machine EICKHOFF SL-300, has been put in operation by the FBiH Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, and managing director of Elektroprivreda BiH Elvedin Grabovica and Director of RMU Breza Suad Ćosić.

The value of the investment of EP BiH – purchase of new complex is 19.5 million BAM, and has been realized in the framework of the recapitalization of the mines in the concern of EPBIH.

In addition, they also put into operation the mechanized complex SHP THYSSEN, installed in Sretno pit, which was repaired by renowned national and international companies, and they invested around two million BAM of own funds.

Furthermore, 32.46 million BAM will be invested in the recapitalization of Breza coal mine. The planned investments have been realized in the amount of more than 28 million BAM.
