The Federal Institute for Employment will introduce a new functionality on its web site starting next month, which should improve and facilitate the ability to find a job.
Unemployed people and other job seekers would be able to publish their CV’s that would be made available to a large number of employers, which is expected to facilitate the path to employment.
Registration is free for job seekers.
In this way, the Federal Institute for Employment wishes to give an additional contribution in facilitating finding employment for unemployed people and the appropriate employees for employers, and in the near future they will work on establishing an automatic pairing for job vacancies and published CV’s. This would connect employers with job seekers in a faster and more efficient way.
