The second-instance disciplinary commission of the HJPC discussed yesterday the dismissal of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Gordana Tadic.

As confirmed for BHRT, the session ended, but it is not known whether the commission made a decision. Tadic confirmed for BHRT that she has not yet received the decision.

The Office of the Disciplinary Debtor confirmed to BHRT that the decision will not be officially announced until all parties in the procedure receive it.

Earlier, the decision of the First Instance Commission of the HJPC established Tadic’s disciplinary responsibility for negligence in the performance of official duties and inadequate distribution of prosecutorial cases.

If the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission also makes a decision on the dismissal of Gordana Tadic, the defense has the right to appeal to the HJPC, after which the final decision is made by all members of the HJPC.
