Foreign Investors Council (FIC) was founded in 2006 and it is an association that gathers all foreign investors present in BiH, and their investments are more than 8 billion BAM and 30 foreign companies are in FIC.

The goal of FIC is to act as one voice of foreign investors in BiH and to promote business oriented initiatives, and secure practical support to all investors and in that manner to improve business environment in BIH. The mission of FIC is to promote good practices of foreign companies from mother countries and to bring close world economic trends to BiH, and to offer, through prism, solutions in order to overcome obstacles foreign investors face in everyday business.

The most important product of FIC is the White Book, an annual publication that talks about the problems foreign companies face. The White Book was recognised by governments of RS and FBIH as an important document and as a starting point in implementation of reforms in the field of improving business environment.

With active participation in the process of transition and through dialogue with representatives of government, FIC has established successful and intensive cooperation with state institutions at all levels.

FIC is cooperation with foreign embassies in BiH, similar associations whose aim is the same or similar, and with representatives of the EU Delegation in BiH it works in improving the business environment for both foreign and domestic investors.

Through their positive stories and successful results, Members of FIC try to positively act and motivate world foreign investors and present BiH as a country with lots of potential for future foreign investments.
