In the presence of his attorney, the accused Hamza Labidi, born in 1998 in Zavidovići, has signed a Plea Agreement and thus fully admitted his guilt for the criminal offence alleged in the Indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Plea Agreement has been entered into at the proposal of the defence, after negotiations on a guilty plea.

Pursuant to the Plea Agreement, a sentence of imprisonment for a term of one (1) year has been proposed against the aforementioned accused.

The proposed sentence is in accordance with the role and responsibility of the accused in the commission of the said criminal offence.

The accused is charged with leaving, together with his family, to the territory of Syria and Iraq while he was a minor, where he stayed for several years and participated in foreign paramilitary or parapolice formations within the so-called “Isil”, which was declared a terrorist organization by the UN Security Council.

The Plea Agreement has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has accepted it.
