The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute has issued an orange warning for the entire country today due to stronger local showers, accompanied by thunder and strong gusts of wind. In some places, the appearance of a hail is also possible.
During the next 24 hours, occasionally heavier precipitation is expected. Locally, intense showers are possible with the amount of precipitation of 20 to 30 l/m² in a period of three hours. Because of this, the occurrence of urban floods is possible, according to FHMZ.
It is recommended to take precautions and monitor the weather forecast. As stated, minor disruptions in daily routines can be expected, and citizens should be prepared to interrupt outdoor activities.
