Over One Million Cars registered in Bosnia last Year

In 2020 total number of registered road motor vehicles was 1.093.230.
In a total number of registered road motor vehicles in 2020, passenger cars had a share 85,8 %, cargo vehicles 8,4 %, and all other categories 5,8 %, according to BiH Agency for Statistics.

From total number of registered road motor vehicles in 2020 year 8,2 % are first time registered road motor vehicles. 

According by tipe of motor energy, 73,6 % used disel, 22,2 % petrol as fuel and all other types 4,2%. 

In 2020 total number of first time registered road motor vehicles was 55.395.

In total number of first time registered road motor vehicles in 2020 passanger cars had share 74,4%, cargo vehicles 10,1%, trailers 5,7% and all other categories9,9%.

When it comes to the type of motor energy 87,4% used disel, 11,4 % petrol as fuel, and other 1,2%.
