Parental house contains seven apartments, playroom, kitchen, common room, office of the association and a garden.

“All the collected money was on account of the Association Iskra, which is taking care of the works. As soon as we equip the rooms, we will make the maximum effort in order to open the facility as soon as possible, and we need around 100,000 BAM more,” said Dijana Beric, secretary of the Association of parents of children that are suffering from malignant diseases.

She emphasized that the significance of the Parent’s House is huge, not only from a financial perspective, but also because of the treatment since the children will have a full nursing care here.

Dr. Jelica Predojevic Samardzic said that the existence of the Parent’s House will speed up the process of treatment of children and facilitate access to a doctor.

President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, promised that the missing funds will be paid as soon as possible and that the facility will be put into operation no later than two months.

“As soon as tomorrow I will submit a request to allocate the necessary 100,000 BAM in order to the object put into operation,” said the President of the RS.

Project of the opening of the Parents’ House made happy families whose children are fighting with the most serious illnesses.
