Banja Luka Mayor Igor Radojicic shared on his Facebook profile a photo of people in front of the market at a distance and disciplined waiting in line, Avaz news portal reports.

“This is not a photo from China, but Banja Luka on March 16th. Discipline and clear awareness of the citizens themselves about the need and measures of health protection, their own and others around us. We can do anything when we want!,”Radojicic cited in the description of the photo, which he published on Monday.

If citizens fail to comply with the prescribed protection measures, fines are foreseen.

All preventive measures have been introduced to prevent Bosnia and Herzegovina from repeating the scenario from Italy.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the 25th case of coronavirus infection was registered on Monday in a man from Tesanj who recently returned from Italy, while two patients are considered to be cured.  The largest number of patients, 20 of them, were registered on the territory of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska, while five were infected in the Federation of BiH entity.
