Pezer broke BiH junior record in shot put

Best young BiH athlete, shot putter Mesud Pezer, set a new BiH junior record in this discipline at the meeting in Novi Sad.

Eighteen year old member of Athletic club of Zenica, who competed in senior category, threw the shot which weighed 7.260 kilograms at 17.51 meters and won second place.

With this Pezer broke the record which was previously held by Dragan Perić.

This weekend, Pezer will once again compete in junior category with shot which weighs 6 kg.

This meeting will serve to BiH team managers Kada Delić-Selimović (women) and Nebojša Matijević (men) to reach the final decision which BiH representatives will represent BiH at Championships of the Balkans and Europe, which are held on 23 February in Istanbul and 28 February- 3 March in Gothenburg.

An Englishman will be a Referee at the Match between BiH and Cyprus
Matches of BH Telecom Premier League will be played without the Presence of Spectators
