Photo taken at the Eid reception in Sarajevo, which was organized by the Reisu-l-ulema of the Islamic Community in BiH Husein Kavazovic, became viral because of the message behind it, which is the wealth of diversity of our country.

The photo that was taken by Amir Muminovic from the Media Center of the Islamic Community in BiH shows Reisu-l-ulema Husein ef. Kavazovic, Deputy Reisu-l-ulema Husein ef. Smajic, president of the Jewish community in BiH, Jakob Finci, Mitropolitan Hrizostom and Cardinal Vinko Puljic.

“In these areas, Eid was always welcomed with closest relatives, friends and neighbours. I hope that the next generations will nurture this tradition, and that the spirit of communion and openness will manage to overcome the idea of division and isolation,” noted Kavazovic as one of the messages from the Eid reception, which is best shown in the photo.
