PM of Federation of BiH met with the Director of EBRD Office in BiH

The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nermin Nikšić and the Federal Minister of Transport and Communications Andrijana Katic held a meeting with the director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina Manuela Naessl and assistant director Josip Polić on Thursday in the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo.

On that occasion, they discussed the financing of transport infrastructure projects in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an emphasis on the construction of the highway on the Vc corridor, and especially the section Mostar North – Mostar South – Kvanj Tunnel, according to a press release from the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications.

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed its strategic commitment to the continuation of the construction of the Vc corridor, expressing satisfaction with the current business relations with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which are reflected in the financial monitoring of the project and the provision of professional assistance.

Those present expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and expressed their readiness to continue successful cooperation through the implementation of started as well as new projects in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
