storeToday the ”Pomozi.ba” Association is opening ”The Store of Good Will” in the Sarajevo neighbourhood of Čengić Vila, Fetah Bećirbegović Street No. 8.

The Association stated that the citizens of good will and great heart will be able to donate clothes and thus help those in need on a daily basis.

The President of the Association, Elvir Karalić, explained that the citizens, by signing a written consent form on the spot, will be able to donate their own clothes, which will be sold and the funds raised will be used to buy food, medicines, sanitation, seeds, livestock feed, and building materials for families who are in need and are willing to work.

Within the Center, the Association ”Pomozi.ba” has ceded its space to others as well, giving an opportunity to the activists from Pazarić Institute, the Institute for Special Education and Childcare Mjedenica and the Reception Center Duje from Klokotnica to sell their works.

Among the recently successfully completed actions, the Association highlights the donation of 16 dialysis apparatus and incubators in seven cities of B&H, the aid to the population of the Bafo village near Mostar, distribution of 2.5 tonnes of baby food in the Tuzla Canton, raising 10.000 BAM for the surgery of Lamija Pehlivanović, and help for the public kitchens in Banja Luka and Doboj.

Through their project ”Brunch for Students”, 950 pupils in rural parts of B&H who are in social need are provided daily with meals at school for the second year now, it was stated from the ”Pomozi.ba” Association.
