Positive News: Export from BiH increased by 25 Percent

In January 2018, export amounted to 906 million BAM, which is 25,4% higher than in January 2017, and import amounted to 1 billion 255 million BAM, which is 24,2% higher than in January last year. The coverage of import by export was 72,2% and foreign trade in goods deficit amounted to 349 million BAM.

Export to CEFTA countries amounted to 130 million BAM, which is 33,9% higher than in January 2017, while import amounted to 140 million BAM, which is 25% higher than in January last year. The coverage of import by export was 92,6%.

Export to EU countries amounted to 687 million KM, which is 25,1% higher than in January 2017, while import amounted to 774 million BAM, which is 19,8% lower than in January last year. The coverage of import by export wash88,7%.
