Medina Heco from Sarajevo, who is suffering from cancer of the lymph nodes, traveled to Istanbul.

This news was published by the Association Pomozi.ba on Facebook.

To recall, in recent days a humanitarian action was organized for the beautiful Medina Heco from Sarajevo.

”She is fighting cancer of the lymph nodes, and we hope that she will emerge victorious from this difficult battle,” Pomozi ba said.

The month of July 2018 is forever engraved in the memory of Medina Heco from Sarajevo, who learned the terrible news that summer that she had Hodgkin’s lymphoma type II, the disease from which her father died 16 years ago.

The fear and sadness that this young woman felt at that moment is impossible to describe. This is known only to those who have gone through that path in battle with this terrible and persistent enemy.

In 2018, Medina also had a surgery, followed by terrible chemotherapy. Then there would be the anticipation of each follow-up examination with the question hanging in the air ”Has the cancer returned?”

At the end of October 2020, she found out what no one wants to hear, the neck cancer has grown 4 cm. Now she urgently needs chemotherapy, removal of lymph nodes and transplantation in Istanbul, for which funds of 51.450 euros are needed, which we want to collect with the help of good people.
