Young woman from Sarajevo, 25 year old Ivana Horvat had four years when she left from war-torn BiH to the USA. After more than a decade she returns to her hometown in search for her identity and in search for answer to question ”What it means to be Bosnian?”

Film ”Finding Bosnia” is a positive story about BiH of the past and the BiH of the present.

Many BiH icons participated in the film – Faruk Hadžiosmanović, Mirza Tanović and Berin Tuzlić. The film is a documentary which is spontaneous and filled with dialogue. The fact that Ivana wrote the script, directed and filmed the documentary shows that she’s a very talented young woman. Film was shot in France, Canada BiH, Croatia and Montenegro, but the largest part was filmed in Sarajevo, Ivana’s birthplace.
