The members of the temporary Board of Directors of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo were invited for the 1st regular session, N1 learns.
Among the items on the agenda is the Decision on publishing a Public Notice for the election and appointment of the general director of KCUS.
In addition, the Management Board will also consider the proposal of the Decision on the annulment of the public announcement for the election and appointment of the general director of KCUS, which was published on October 6, 2023.
One of the items on the agenda will be the consideration of the Conclusions of the Government of the Canton of Sarajevo from April 2023, which concerns the legal justification of continuing to hold the position of the general director, in accordance with the relevant legal norms. In this connection, the proposal of the decision on the initiation of the procedure for the dismissal of the Director General of KCUS, dr. Sebije Izetbegović before the end of his mandate, i.e. before 09.01.2024.
Also, the laws to which the CS Government’s Conclusion refers are the KCUS Statute, article 44 paragraph 1, indents two and three, and related to the Decision of the University of Sarajevo – Senate, dated March 29, 2023.
The session is scheduled for Monday, starting at 4 p.m.
