The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has scheduled a hearing for September 26 to consider the plea agreement of Marko Plavšić, who is accused of threatening the court’s judge Sena Uzunović, along with Ljuban Vuković. As Detektor was told by the State Court, a hearing for considering the plea agreement of the accused Marko Plavšić has been scheduled for September 26, while a plea hearing has been scheduled for the accused Ljuban Vuković.

They are charged with obstruction of justice, namely that they threatened the judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sena Uzunović, on the eve of the verdict against former President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik. Plavšić and Vuković were arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) the day before the verdict against Dodik was pronounced, and were then remanded in custody.

“They are charged with having threatened Judge Uzunović Sena of the Court of BiH on 25 February 2025 in Banja Luka, immediately before the date of the pronouncement of the verdict in the case of Milorad Dodik and others, in a publicly available video clip, with the aim of intimidation, via a social network, in order to prevent her from performing official actions of leading the main trial in the phase of public pronouncement and publication of the verdict in a criminal case before the Court of BiH,” the Prosecutor’s Office previously announced.

Judge Uzunović handed down a non-final verdict sentencing Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban on exercising the office of President for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative, which was later confirmed by the Appellate Chamber of the Court of BiH.

Judge Uzunović was previously granted police protection, BIRN BiH reports.
