Hip-hop musical “Promjena” is realized with the cooperation of the Sarajevo War Theater and Association “Scena” (the Scene) in the framework of the program Theater Observatory.
There is a great number of people involved in the project. The cast is composed of Admir Šehović, Davor Golubović, Elma Juković, Ena Kurtalić, Sanjin Arnautović, Edin Avdagić, Nina Đogo, Ivana Vojinović and Davor Sabo. In addition, 14 dancers and a group of musicians will also take part.
The choreographer of the show is Željko Božić , who won nearly one hundred awards at festivals and competitions. The Organization IDO (International Dance Organization) proclaimed him the choreographer of the year and in that way he entered their Hall of Fame. As a pedagogue in the sphere of hip-hop, he visited 15 European states. Moreover, he held workshops for Mess dance company in Sarajevo.
Hip-hop musical is a project made by Admir Crvčanin, who is in charge of the scenario and direction. The project’s producer is Amira Kudumović.
In this musical there is no place for a story about Balkan people who want to become black guys. In addition, everyone who expects that they will see all kinds of gangs and replicas of rappers who propagate a new style of life through the saying “Live fast, die young” will be disappointed. Here the story is about Balkan people who are sick and tired of everything!
