Preparation of Program for marking the 11th July done

Bosnians mourn over coffins of newly ideThe Organizing Committee for the marking of 11 July, the 20th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, has prepared the program, which will in three days be adopted at a meeting of the Organizing Committee, confirmed to FENA Mayor of Srebrenica and President of the Organizing Committee Ćamil Duraković.

According to Mayor Duraković, the Organizing Committee has conducted all planned activities within schedule.

Up to date, we have received confirmation of arrival of large number of guests, three presidents from the region (Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro), foreign ministers of Italy, Norway, Belgium, Slovakia, High Representative of the European Union, a number of European parliamentarians, Queen Noor of Jordan, ICTY prosecutors and judges and many other guests.

Cardinal Vinko Puljić also confirmed his arrival on 11 July in Potočari, and they expect the arrival of more than 20 high-ranking guests and 50,000 citizens to the Memorial Center “Potočari”.
