biha? 1The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) organized in Bihać today a presentation for representatives of companies, agencies, and engineering organizations, as well as consultants, on the opportunities to apply for additional grants for projects of business-advisory consulting services.

The EBRD BAS program business-advisory services in BIH, which supports small and medium-sized businesses and facilitates the provision of business advice and consulting services was spoken about today by EBRD BAS manager Zihnija Hasović.

“Until now, EBRD has realized over 100 projects, for which 1,5 billion euros has been secured, while last year 12 new projects worth 124 million KM have been realized’’, said Hasović and added that a special advantage of financial assistance of EBRD is awarding grants and grant funds within the existing financial support of small and medium-sized businesses.

This program offers a flexible grant from 25-75 percent of the total project costs, to a maximum of 10.000 euros. Such a form of assistance for small and medium-sized companies in the area of Bihać is very important, assessed the Mayor Emdžad Galijašević.

“Any help in such times, when the economic crisis took its toll in the entire world, as well as here, it is a great contribution to everyone that is involved in entrepreneurship’’, said Galijašević.
