After the meeting of the leaders of Brdo-Brijuni process, President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci headed towards the city center to pay tribute to the victims of Sarajevo.
Thaci laid flowers at the Memorial for the killed children of the besieged Sarajevo in the period between 1992 and 1995. He said that he is paying tribute to the victims, and especially to the children who were killed, in his own name and on behalf of the people of Kosovo and institutions of Kosovo.
Thaci highlighted that we all remember the heavy past which must never occur again and that we must always convey the message which should be a hope for future and peace for all countries in the region.
