President of the European Council to Visit Bosnia and Herzegovina Today

The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. His meeting with the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been announced.

EUFOR Commander Major General Florin-Marian Barbu will welcome Costa at Camp Butmir, after which he will meet with EUFOR personnel deployed in Bosnia and Herzegovina and deliver a speech.

The President of the European Council is arriving in BiH as part of his tour of the Western Balkans from 12 to 16 May.

As part of his visit, he will meet with political leaders and co-host the sixth summit of the European Political Community, which will be held in Tirana on 16 May.
