izboriThe press conference on the representation of the final results of the monitoring of the media during the election campaign in B&H 2014 will be held on Thursday, November 20 at 12:00 o’clock at the Media Centre in Sarajevo.

The media will get statements from: Mary Ann Hennessey, Head of the office of the Council of Europe in B&H; Lejla Turčilo, professor at the Faculty of political sciences in Sarajevo and Zlatiborka Popov – Momčinović, professor at the Faculty of Human sciences from East Sarajevo.

The monitoring has been implemented in accordance with the standards of the Council of Europe for pre-election reporting of the media and with a focus on 2 aspects: presence of hate speech in the media contents and frequency and way of presenting women politicians in the media.
