Prime Minister Nikšić Received the Ambassador Knotz

Nikšić-KnotzPrime Minister of FB&H Nermin Nikšić received today in a farewell visit the Ambassador of Germany to B&H Ulrike Mariu Knotz, at the headquarters of government in Sarajevo. He thanked her for her contribution and the contribution of German people and government to development of B&H.

The Ambasasdor Knotz thanked Nikšić and said that the focus of activities during her mandate in our country was in the field of economic cooperation. She pointed out that the German companies are interested in investing in B&H in order to develop the economy and to create new working places.

“B&H have good economic potentials and skilled workforce, in which are convinced the German businesspeople who have invested here”, said Ambassador Knotz who announced the opening of favorable credit lines from Germany for small and medium enterprises in the areas affected by catastrophic floods.

Ambassador of Germany in particular was interested in the set of laws passed by the FB&H Parliament, with the aim of helping areas devastated by the floods. The importance of donor conference was pointed out, which would contribute to fund raising for the flooded areas.

In gratitude for all what she has done during her mandate in our country, Prime Minister Nikšić handed over to Ambassador Knotz, a replica of the medieval Bosnian coins, said the Office of Public Relations of the Government of FB&H.
