Priority to Maintain Visa-Free Regime for BiH Citizens

The European Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmström recieved today in Brussels the BiH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić.

Malmström was introduced to the work plan of the Ministry of Defense of BiH for the next year and the defense structure of BiH.

Priorities are to maintain a visa-free regime for BiH citizens for travel to EU countries, and the struggle against systematic corruption and the uncovering of those responsible for unsolved political killings in the country.

Restrictive measures against Iran were also mentioned, an efficient struggle against weapon sales and human traficking, as well as a number of other topics that fall within the department of Internal Affairs and Security Policy of the EU and BiH.

The Euroepan Commissioner is familiar with huge problems in the area of systematic corruption and its sanctioning, and with the data of total tax and VAT debts, fraud of banks and taking credit without adequate mortgage, negative audit reports and war privatization that has already been eliminated in neighboring countries.

Upon contragulating Minister Radončić for his appointment, Commissioner   Malmström promised to eventually help experts in solving the problem of the number of false asylum seekers, and expressed support against systematic corruption and all other forms of crime.
