Citizens of Zenica now have the option to submit proposals, ask questions, make suggestions and comments, and communicate with the municipal administration through the platform ‘Center 72’.
This program was officially promoted by the Director of the Professional Services of the Council and the Mayor Dževdana Brajić and Director of the Foundation “Centar za zastupanje građanskih interesa” (Center to Represent Citizens’ Interests) Damir Mehmedbašić.
The obligation is for municipalities and ‘Center 72’ to show and offer responses and clarification within three days (72 hours).
In this way, the municipal administration of Zenica was among the first in B&H to top an additional channel of communication with citizens in order for the work of the administration to become more open and transparent.
