The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened a case against Darko Ćulum, after state deputies supplemented the criminal complaint against the director of SIPA with new evidence.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH confirmed to BHRT that they are unable to provide information about the actions and activities in cases in the phase of preliminary criminal proceedings.
State deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of BiH, Jasmin Emrić and Šemsudin Mehmedović, almost two months ago, filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH against Darko Ćulum, director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency.
So far, they have only received information that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has “opened a case” in this case, but that it has not yet done anything concrete.
