Protest ‘All for Bosnia, Bosnia for all’ – Young People must defend the Country

Protest “All for Bosnia, Bosnia for all!” was held today in Sarajevo in the organization of the Youth Forum of the Association of Independent Intellectuals “Krug 99”, on the occasion of the celebration of the unconstitutional date of January 9 as the day of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska and the political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The President of the Assembly of the Youth Forum “Krug 99” Eman Šabotić told journalists that in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the last 30 years there have been constant threats of war, and that young people remain silent.

“I believe that it is the last moment for us to come to our senses and finally understand that we have only one homeland and that our homeland has no alternative. It is our duty, which the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina entrusted us with in the last war, to protect and love our country with all our strength and all our hearts,” he said.

He called on the youth of Bosnia and Herzegovina to stand up for the defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“If we don’t initiate changes ourselves, no one can help us,” he concluded.

The message was sent from the protest that they are against the destruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina in front of the eyes of the whole world, because they are fiercely trying to achieve the former war goals of the irredentist forces, with all the available means of the same war actors.

They claim that there is enough daily humiliation of the state, its institutions, entire nations and war victims.

They called to action domestic and international actors who, in the Dayton Agreement, committed to help in the democratic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and demand that, as they point out, they respond transparently to the militant show on January 9 with available forces.
