Employees of Feroelektra will hold a protest today in front of the building of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, where a hearing will be held on the lawsuit of the Agency for Privatization FB&H for the termination of the sales contract with Stanić Invest.
The President of the Union of Feroelektra Senad Senad Smajić told Fena that the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo accepted the appeal of Stanić Invest in the preliminary decision of the Municipal Court that terminates the sales contract because of alleged procedural errors.
‘’From today’s hearings we do not expect anything in particular because we have been cheated many times; it is even possible that the hearing would postponed, as the tycoons have already gotten used to doing it like this and cheating the state’’, said Smajić.
He expects around 40 employees at the protests, and colleagues from Zenica and Mostar will not be able to join.
‘’Given that we have been without salaries for 21 months, people are not able to come’’, said Smajić.
The reason for the protests is the stalling in resolving the aforementioned lawsuit, which was filed in 2008.
