The Association “Bosnia and Herzegovina-Palestine Friendship”, the Association “Palestinian Community in BiH”, “Egyptian Union in Bosnia”, the Association “AKOS”, and the Association “Young Muslims” strongly condemn the decision of the President of the United States (US) Donald Trump, with which he proclaimed Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

They invited all citizens of Sarajevo to gather in front of Sebilj at Bascarsija today at 12.45 PM and with this peaceful rally show their disagreement with the decision of the President of the US Donald Trump and thus support Palestine and the decision of OIC.

The President of US made a decision with which he recognised Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and announced the relocation of the Embassy of US from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Disapproval and protests in numerous countries followed after this decision.

Representatives of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) invited the entire world to recognize East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.

In a declaration after the Summit of Islamic countries, which took place a few days ago in Istanbul, was stated that they are ready for discussion before the General Assembly of UN in the case of VSUN’s passivity (about Jerusalem).
