Reduction in Gas Deliveries Abolished

Gas Delivery novovrijeme.baReduction in delivery of gas from BH Gas to Sarajevogas is to be abolished, it was announced after yesterday’s meeting of the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Elmedin Konaković and the director of BH Gas Mirza Sendijarević.

Konaković pointed out that the matter of gas delivery is a burning issue in in CS for a longer time. Consequently, the Government of Canton Sarajevo will seriously devote to solving this issue.

‘One of the measures to overcome the debt will be the reorganization of public enterprises engaged in delivery of thermal energy and gas, which will not include the dismissal of employees, but their redistribution with the aim of increasing the productivity of their work’, said Konaković.

In addition, he said the Government of Canton Sarajevo will request the Report from the Cantonal Public Utility Company (KJKP) ‘Toplane Sarajevo’ with precise data on unsettled debt of all users for the delivered thermal energy.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Sendijarević offered possible modalities for rescheduling debts left over from previous years, ammounting 35 million BAM, it was announced from the Press Office of Canton Sarajevo.
