After the information that the court is considering detention for the six arrested, we would like to make it clear that the mentioned persons are accused of the most heinous crimes known to the law and that we consider any release shameful, Murat Tahirović, president of the Association of Victims and Witnesses, stated in a joint statement, and Munira Subašić, president of the Mother’s Movement Association of the Srebrenica and Žepa enclaves.

”If, on the other hand, the court decides to release them, despite the fact that all, but absolutely all, who have been either accused or convicted so far, when they got their freedom, fled to Serbia, we will consider the judge responsible and an accomplice in that act , and demand proceedings against the judge, they state and say: After all the escapes, it’s enough to let them go!”
