Remus: 5.3 million EUR of investments and 300 new jobs

remusRepresentatives of Development Agency of Una Sana Canton and Foreign Investments Promotion Agency (FIPA) of BiH visited on Friday the Remus Innovation company in Sanski Most, reports the Development Agency of USK.

The visit was organised as a part of the implementation of the program of post-investment support to investors to Una Sana Canton which is being implemented by the Development Agency of USK with the help of FIBA and International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank.

Program of post-investment support is intended for foreign investors with the aim to ensure good conditions for their entrepreneurship in BiH. Maintaining relations with investors and offering support to ensure growth and development of their companies is in the centre of all activities of post-investment support.

After this visit, it was noted that the export has no alternative and that further work is need to stimulate export-oriented companies, which can improve the overall economic situation in BiH and USK.

Owners of the aforementioned company, which exports their products to over 60 countries of the world, have invested 5.3 million EUR and created 300 new jobs in Sanski Most.

USK Development Agency will make an analysis of working conditions of foreign investors in USK and in that way they’ll gather data on business experience in local communities in order to ensure adequate service and solutions for further work and expansion of companies in BiH, said the Development Agency.
