The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, today in Banja Luka, in the Special Department of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic for the Suppression of Corruption, Organized and the Most Serious Forms of Economic Crime, filed a criminal complaint against the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nedim Ćosić.

“I filed the criminal complaint because Nedim Ćosić filed an indictment for, as stated, the criminal offense of failure to execute the decisions of the high representative,” Dodik wrote on the “X” social network.

According to Dodik, Ćosić made an illegal decision with the intention of causing damage to the institution of the President of the Republika Srpska, and to Miloš Lukić, the acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska.

“Thus, he committed the criminal offense of violation of the law from Article 346 and abuse of official position or authority from Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska,” pointed out Dodik.

On Friday, August 11, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Messenger of the Republic of Srpska, Miloš Lukić, for not implementing the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt. The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
