The President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, did not appear at the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina at 11 a.m. today to be questioned as a suspect in the overthrow of the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik previously announced that he would not respond to this summons.

According to the procedure, he will be sent a new summons.

If he still does not respond or is not found at the address where he was registered, a warrant will be issued for Dodik.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously announced that they have been conducting investigative actions since December 2024, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of Attack on the Constitutional Order under the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been committed.

According to media reports, Dodik will meet with Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin in Banja Luka today.
